Short version: we don’t sell your data. Analytics run only after you accept. Contact messages go to our studio mailbox.

If you click Accept analytics, we record first-party events on our own infrastructure (page path, optional in-page section, coarse country from the CDN, chat open/send — not the message text in analytics). We do not use Google Analytics or ad pixels for this.
If you choose Essential only, we do not send those analytics events. You can change your mind by clearing site data for maqqa.dev (that clears the stored preference).
Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security and delivery.
We store your analytics choice in localStorage so we remember Accept vs Essential only.
Messages you send via the contact form are processed so we can reply (email to studio@). The on-site chat answers from a fixed FAQ; questions are queued briefly on our storage so the assistant can reply. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal data through chat or the form.
Booking may use Calendly (or similar) when configured — their privacy policy applies on that embed. Newsletter signup uses Substack when you use that form — Substack’s policy applies there.
For EU residents: you may request access or deletion of personal data we hold (e.g. contact emails). Write to [email protected].
