We configure Cloudflare DNS + Microsoft 365 so you can send and receive as [email protected] — with DKIM, DMARC, and a Gmail deliverability check. You keep every account; we never ask for your passwords — scoped invites on a short kickoff call, then we finish async.

What we deliver

DNS & domain

Connect your domain to Microsoft 365 (Domain Connect or manual DNS). MX, SPF, autodiscover — mail routes correctly.

Mailbox

Primary address on your domain (e.g. hello@, studio@). Display name set for professional outbound mail.

Deliverability

DKIM enabled, DMARC published, Gmail “Show original” triple-PASS (SPF + DKIM + DMARC) on a test send.

Handover note: where to sign in, default From address, and what we changed in DNS.
Typical client time: one 20–30 minute access call, then we finish setup async.
Not included: website build, migration of old mail archives, multiple mailboxes, Google Workspace, ongoing IT support.

You own the domain, Cloudflare account, and M365 tenant (Business Basic ×1 on your card).
We never ask for passwords, MFA backup codes, or permanent admin after handoff.
Fallback: screen-share guided setup (€349) if you won’t grant scoped access.

Large migrations (>5 GB), hybrid Exchange, or >10 mailboxes: quote first. We decline jobs that need passwords by email or permanent unmanaged admin access.

FAQ

Do you need my Cloudflare or Microsoft password?

No. We use scoped invites (Cloudflare Member + time-limited M365 admin) set up on a short kickoff call. You revoke access after handoff.

How long am I on a call?

About 20–30 minutes to grant access — not a full setup session. We finish DNS and mailbox configuration asynchronously and email you when it’s done.

Can you do this without granting admin access?

Yes, via screen-share fallback — one longer call where you stay logged in and click Authorize when Microsoft prompts. Same scope as Studio@; €349 (not €299) because it blocks a full calendar slot. We prefer shared access because it costs you less time.

Google Workspace instead of Microsoft 365?

This package is priced for M365 + Cloudflare from €299. Google Workspace from €329 — same clarity on accounts and MFA, different admin UI.

Multiple mailboxes or users?

Studio@ includes one licensed mailbox. Each additional user adds Microsoft subscription cost plus €95 setup (€75 each for 6–10 users) — see pricing table.

What if DKIM takes hours to verify?

Mail often works before Microsoft marks DKIM enabled. We document DNS; if Microsoft’s checker lags, we email when to retry the toggle — included in the fixed fee, no extra charge for propagation wait.

EU / Romania?

Yes — Bucharest-based SRL. Invoices for B2B clients; VAT rules per your jurisdiction. M365 tenant country is chosen by you at signup (Romania for RO companies).

MFA & access details

Your MFA stays on your accounts. Ours stays on ours.
